Returns & Exchanges

At POLISHD, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for returns/exchanges

You can return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The original tags are still attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or extras that came with the product.

  • we do not accept returns for change of mind

How to Initiate an exchange

Free exchanges are available on all items except for change of mind. To start an exchange:

·       Meet the eligibility criteria as stated above

  • Contact us via email at polishdclothing@gmail.com to let us know you wish to exchange an item. Please include your order number and reason for exchange. 

·       We will provide you with a return form and instructions on where to send the item. 

·       Pack the item securely, include the completed return form, and return it to the address provided. 

·       The customer will be required to pay for the order to be shipped back to POLISHD even if the item qualified for free shipping.   

·       For items with a value of a lower value than the returned item, a refund WILL NOT be issued, however a combination of products of a value equal to or greater than the original value is adequate. 

·       For items with a value greater than the returned item, an invoice will be sent for payment of additional costs. Your replacement order will not be shipped until the payment is made. 

·       If the original order was eligible for free shipping, the new item will be shipped for free back to you – that’s the POLISHD promise to you.  

  • We cannot ship your new item until we receive the exchange item back.

    ·       If the original order wasn’t eligible for free shipping, the new item will be shipped at the same shipping rate as the original order which will be applied to the customer.


    ·     the new item will be shipped once the invoice is paid

Returns/Refunds

·       We do not provide a refund for a change of mind or sizing issues as stated in our exchange terms above.

·       A refund form must be completed within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

·       Refunds are only offered when a product is faulty.

·       We will notify you once POLISHD has inspected and checked your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note – refund times depend on what bank you are institute with.

Refund process for Faulty items

  • Contact POLISHD for the returns form.

  • Fill out the refunds form when received.

  • We will send you an email with a pre-paid Australia Post shipping label.

  • Repackage your returned items into the original packaging or another suitable mailer bag.

  • Print your pre-paid shipping label and attach it to the packaging, ensuring you cover the original shipping label.

  • Take the package to your nearest Australia Post outlet for processing.
